Hi, I'm Delia
Consultant, educator, frequency practitioner, and a fellow human doing the work I teach. I help parents, educators and organizations trade reaction for connection, and I hold space for adults growing beyond their roles.
What I believe
Children aren't giving us a hard time. They're having one. When we understand what sits underneath behaviour, everything softens. My work lives at the meeting point of brain science, nervous system regulation and genuine connection, with a deep specialty in neurodivergence.
And because the adults matter just as much as the children, my practice reaches beyond parenting: Conscious Conversations for individuals and professionals, Reiki and frequency work, conscious leadership for organizations, and retreats through my sister practice, Bee-coming Retreats.
Between two worlds
I know what it means to build a life and raise a family across cultures: the emotional stages of migration, parenting in a culture that isn't the one you grew up in, loving people across borders and time zones. That lived experience shapes how I support bicultural families, distance parents and grandparents. Everything I offer is available in English or Spanish.
